What guides our work
Established 1999. Relaunched 2017.
LTF began as LTF Consulting in 1999 and was relaunched as LTF Group (Pty) Ltd in 2017. Today we are an SME that is 100% female owned and 80% black-owned.
Our outsourcing team are experts in all aspects of HR management, with combined experience of more than 100 years. We are well versed in labour legislation and have designed, implemented and managed HR policies, processes and practices — both in our own careers and as consultants to a wide range of clients.
