LTF Consulting was originally established in 1999 and has recently been relaunched as LTF Group (Pty) Ltd, which was incorporated in 2017. We are an SME that is 100% female owned and 80% black. We provide Human Resources Outsourcing, Strategic Consulting and Training.

Our Consulting offerings include the provisioning of Organisational Design & Development, Change Management, Performance Management and Employee Engagement solutions and consulting services.

Our Human Resources Outsourcing Services provide organisations the opportunity to outsource their complete HR Function or parts of their HR value chain. We enable organisations to outsource Centre of Excellence functions such as Performance Management, Employee Relations Management, Employment Equity Management and Reporting, Skills Development Implementation and Reporting, Change Management and Recruitment (Talent Acquisition).

Our Team is committed to build organisational development and change management expertise and capacity within the client organisation. Our solutions are co-crafted with our clients to ensure sustainability after the successful completion and implementation of interventions and the departure of the consulting team.

Our Outsourcing Team are experts in managing all aspects of HR Management, we are well qualified individuals who has combined experience in access of 100 years, we are well versed with all Labour Legislation and have substantial experience in all HR Processes and Procedures. Practices in the course of our own employment and as consultants to various clients.
